How long is your rest between sets

I typically rest between 1-1.5 minutes. I've seen some rest longer and some rest shorter.

Well are you lifting 70% of 1RM or 90% of 1RM? That changes the answer to your question

kinda depends on what you want, I guess
like today I did EMOM for 16 minutes
3 front squats
6 back squats
at 70% of 1RM for front squats
so rest was only about 40 seconds or so between sets
if I was going heavier (like 90% of 1RM), I'd probably do less reps and start new set every 2 minutes

2-3 minutes for heavy weight reps

GreyskullLP. Resting 2 minutes from when I release the weight to when I pick it back up.

For the strength sets, generally a minute or two. My accessories are done in giant sets so I try to take as little of a break as I can tolerate.

Depends on type of program I am running. If only worried about about strength 2-5 min, depending on what I need.
If working strength plus work capacity 30s to 2 min.
Typical for me is around 2 min

1 minute. I work out with high reps lower weights. I’m also 60, not 30

Hypertrophy is 1-1.5.
Pure strength would be five minimum + any extra needed to lift target weight in the same 3-5rep range.

About 4 hours on the heavy days
ETA: for an actual answer, no set time on 5/3/1 sets. Just when I’m ready. Others, try to keep it to 1-2 minutes.

I don’t watch my rest on my 5/3/1 sets. When I’m ready to go I go.
My accessories are anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on what I’m doing.

If I could figure out a way to take naps in between sets on big lifts I would.

This is what I follow:
15 reps - 1 min
12 reps - 1:30 min
8-10 reps - 2:00
5-8 reps - 3:00
3-5 reps 5:00

I try to keep it under 2 minutes, and often it ends up however long it takes to have a sip of water and add the required weight/plates to the bar for my progression sets. For OHP and bench adding weight to bar is generally quick, but for squat and especially for DLs, it can take 2-3 mins just to add/switch out the right plates depending on the set and who is in the gym.
For accessory work, like someone mentioned I do giant sets and generally keep the rest time to 1 minute.

When the target muscle and cardiovascular system has recovered from the prior set. Not a 100% recovery but just enough to complete the next set. Answers will vary check this article out.... RP fatigue
