The difference seems to be Biden implied, if not specifically stated, he wouldn't do shite like this. Trump, for better or worse, was pretty forward with his actions.

Trump spent years criticizing Obama for bombing Syria, then immediately starts bombing Syria his first year in office

Funny how Trump gave us 4 years of no new wars, but the minute on of the swamp creatures takes office, we are back to war again.

Trump bombed Syria multiple times.

It’s not just Syria though. He’s having naval pissing contests with China too.

I'm sure tensions will be on the rise with the Russians, as well. Look for more trouble in the Middle East- and the threat of more terrorism in the west, as well.

It's just what the swamp encourages.

Yeah, a military engagement that Obama and Biden introduced.

A military engagement that is the direct result of the vacuum of power created from the Iraq War.

But let's give them nuclear capabilities, anyway.

Of course, giving them nuclear capabilities just gives us a reason to go over there more when we discover they're developing nukes.

I never argued otherwise, except that all of this is really mostly from the Bush wars

you just can't seem to admit that Trump continued the war

This bodes well for those of us who would like Fort Polk to remain busy and vibrant.

You mean Fort NewNameToBeAnnouncedBecauseRacismAndOtherNonsense but the transgendered facilities construction is taking priority currently.

While true, we will see what happens. Biden has people in his admin that have openly called for, and pushed for, regime change in Syria. He was also V.P. in an admin that effected regime change in the Middle East.

So did Trump. The stated policy of the US FP establishment has been regime change, and multiple people in Trump's admin, including Pompeo, held that line.

I won’t argue that, but let’s not forget that Biden voted for that war as well.

The first direct attack on Syrian forces under Assad's control occurred under Trump. Trump certainly expanded the operation, and then attempted to end involvement, only to be overruled.

In fairness, didn’t the right claim Biden was some Chinese puppet?

The whole fricking bunch on both sides are "war hawks" considering we've been in some kind of international conflict for the majority of my 39 years on this earth (if not all).

Anyone who believed it was going to change under a Democrat or Republican was fooling themselves.

And jobs at the bomb factory. Are bombs still made in the US or do we out source those jobs to China?

I didn’t say he didn’t continue the war Obama and Biden started. I said he didn’t start anything new.

Let Israel handle Iran. We give Israel billions every year, and fund so many of their military pet projects. We don't need to be involved.
