I get the PTSD and ESA thing. But if you are wound so tight that you can’t get on a plane without a dog, you probably shouldn’t be getting on a plane.

I’ll give it to them they’re well behaved but I can’t imagine having to deal with the ones that aren’t. Also what do they do when these animals have to go to the bathroom? Just pray it doesn’t become an issue?

Idk but Wednesday we had screaming toddlers in front of us that cried and kicked the seat all the way from Nola to Denver. Parents never even attempted to control it. Then one shite itself and the wife insisted on changing it right there on the food tray.

Don’t really see how a little yorkie sitting on an old lady’s lap can be worse than that. Most of them are well behaved and you forget they’re even there.

I respectfully disagree. My father flew many times with only his seeing-eye dog. Disallowing this will deprive people from living an independent life. People with disabilities are rightfully protected from such actions.

People with a permanent physical disability that can lead an independent life with the assistance of an animal should not be punished by those that don't have a permanent physical disability.

Only soldiers who have seen actual combat and have been diagnosed with PTSD should be allowed to bring emotional support animals on planes for free. Everyone else should be required to pay the $125 per trip (for small animals only) that everyone else is required to pay.

I watched a young woman walking her Dalmatian through JFK last year and the dog lifted his leg and pissed on the walk of the airport. She did nothing to clean it up.

This emotional support business is stupid. Check your dog if you want to take it with you.

Pretty sure that’s an ADA violation. Also, seeing eye dogs are highly trained. They keep to themselves and don’t make any noise on planes. You’d never know they were there.

Veteran I’m for it. Every other case I’m against it.

Don’t judge me or my crocodile that I bring on airplanes

I bring my seeing eye pelican which swallows those yappy dogs whole. Spares the blood that a crocodile provides and won’t hurt a human.

Because we remember the mess you made in the bathroom last time.

Seeing Eye dogs are just one type of Guide Dog. Signs mention “Guide Dogs” where they are allowed.

Flew next to a large yellow lab the other day. He was the goodest of boys. Actually made for a cool flight. He also agreed that his owner is a pussy.

It’s probably 99% bullshite. But I look at people in airports and think I’d rather sit next to an actual animal than the majority of them.

There should be no such thing as emotional support animals. if you are so mentally weak that you can't handle being out without an animal you should just stay home.

I assume these people don’t have children, and the animals fill that emotional void.

My dog is quieter and more well behaved than most children.

The only valid argument is allergies.

I feel the exact same way about children and loud women.
