RIP Brightside Bar and Grill.
Going in there and being served at 19 with all my fellow waitstaff coworkers and not being hassled was awesome.
My roommate worked there as the fry cook for a while. I’d close the place down and help the bartender flip chairs and clean up and I’d drink for free the whole night. He’d load us up with two to-go boxes overflowing with chicken fries, onion rings, and whatever else we wanted for a late night snack.
God I miss college.

The Cottage Inn, Prairieville
Dive Bar that embraces their identity. Very nice bartenders, interesting mix of people with The perfect amount of trashiness
Cheap prices especially on whiskey
Hayride Scandal if I wanna go fancy

O’Malley’s Pub in Weston, MO north of KC. It’s got multiple floors all underground with live bands on the weekend. Next to it is an Irish restaurant with great food.

Olive or Twist was our go to for years. But you have to go when Tim is working because he is best.
Locally now we like Casual Pint or Water into Wine.

Blind River Bar was always a good time.
I really enjoy bars you have to take a boat to get to.

Any quality VFW. Not sure why, but I've always enjoyed every VFW that I've visited.

Robin Hood Pub in Bangkok. It’s a true Irish pub and had great food and beer.

My favorite was the Compleat Angler on Bimini. Sadly it burned down several years back.

Probably The Village Tavern in NYC. Spent a lot of time in that place. Not sure if it's even open anymore.

I’ve been there, isn’t that the UGA bar?
