I plan on pennywise tomorrow. 3 months ago I hit an all time PR for 6 reps during juggernaut. This weight will be 10 more pounds 3x7.

I'm going to get a much earlier start today. I'm hoping to be in the garage warming up by 4.

Finished day 18. Not bad, would’ve been easy without that warmup. I’m not sure why that worked me so hard this time.

Done with squats and bench. Partied with pennywise. Everything felt good.

BRB going to light my traps on fire.

I partied with Pennywise for both squats and bench. Bench felt fine with more reps in the tank. Squats were brutal. I think Pennywise slipped something in my drink and then took a bite out of my lower back. May have to take tomorrow off and catch up this weekend if it doesn't feel better by the AM. Popped a muscle relaxer and soaking in the tub now. Being old sucks sometimes.

I added KB swings and KB RDL to my warmup. Warmup sets get on my nerves changing out plates.

Partying with Pennywise.

Squats were 3 x 7 @265. Squats felt strong. Legs feel pretty good right now.

Bench was 3 x 7 @205. It was way too easy. I'm going to up my training max on bench. Since I've only had my Monster Lite up for a month now, I didn't really have much time to do barbell bench and set a higher max.

About to start shrugs. I hate doing shrugs.

2 hours later and my legs feel spent. glad tomorrow is going to be a light weight.

Not my favorite day. Speed squats were pretty lame. I used 95 lbs for the rows and only got 10 sets. Form definitely dropped off towards the end. I immediately regretted not going lighter on the curls after all that.

I’ve got a good tired feeling in the quads tonight from the party.

Never done Zottman curls before. I like having to google stuff every now and then. Keeps it fresh.

So doing strong start from yesterday….frick that warm up, that’s some bullshite lol

Well starting the workout off with a bang, after 7 years of use, my powerblocks finally had something break, the urethane piece on the 90 lbs broke. Gonna have to see if I can do warranty but not sure as they don’t make anymore.

Damn I’m tired and haven’t even started squats yet

Squats were easy but got heartburn out the arse but you don’t become a hammer by being a pussy

Speaking of hammers, y’all seen the boys that were attacked by a bear and one jumped on the bears back to save his buddies life……fricking hammer status achieved and earned for life

Arm farm has a lot of Zottman curls. I like them but supersetting them with reverse grip curls is gonna be a forearm killer

strong start from yesterday

My neighbors were in their yard looking at me while I was doing those face down Planks. I bet they think there's something wrong with me now. I can only imagine how ridiculous I looked laying across 2 benches with my arse in the air.

I recently got a replacement plate for one of my Powerblock Sport 5.0 that I got probably a decade ago. You'll describe what you need and send a pic of the set and broken part. Cost me about $35.

When I got my used ones they were probably 25 years old. I sent a picture to powerblocks about something unrelated to my handles. They answered my question then said they can't in good conscience let me continue using the handles I had. Ended up paying $100 for new handles, which I didn't have a problem paying since the handles I had were in pretty bad shape. Very good customer service.

In the books. Is it Arm Farm November or Squatober? That really worked the forearms.

Either way, it was nice to give the legs a bit of a break as I needed it. I squatted down to check a tire yesterday and really felt it. The legs are tired.

Todays workout felt great. Easy and fast squats felt great.

I pushed through and got 10 rounds on the AMRAP.

Forearms are on fire
