Were they actually on HIS property, or just on the gated community's street/sidewalks? In many states it's a felony to brandish a firearm to intimidate someone from coming on your property. I have no clue if that is the case in Missouri.

The community is gated, albeit lightly. That hood looks like if, for example, Highland Park in Dallas suddenly put up gates all around the hood and made most streets dead ends.

But the entrances have signs that read, "Private Street No Trespassing". So the were not innocently on public property.

Just had to bypass an inconvenient gate and a couple "private property; no trespassing signs" to get there.

Never said they were. I was wondering if they actually came onto HIS property. They obviously trespassed on the community's private property. I'm more curious on the laws in Missouri as they relate to this incident. As I said, I do know it's a felony in many states to brandish weapons like they did. Would the protesters' trespassing be a misdemeanor or felony? Again, I don't know.

I have a feeling this gate is going to be massively upgraded after yesterday. Big time.

This lovely couple will be looking at design samples at the end of the week.

I think you know the answer to that. It's all part of why we are having these issues today.

But the way both of them are handling those firearms, neither have any business owning firearms.

You sound like you can offer them some lessons on proper etiquette when facing a mob with a history of violence.
Unless of course you're just repeating what other online experts are saying.

Maybe the mob should have called the police, if they felt endangered.

If you say so. The property owners in the video didn't look too scared. The people trespassing did, though.
