Do you normally confront a large group of people if you're afraid? I imagine you and Lester would be hiding in your closet crying to the police if a group of troublemakers broke onto your property shouting about no peace or whatever bullshite they're on now.

No you’re just being a contrarian. Your buddy Lester is already doing that in this thread so scram
Exactly and if the roles were reversed, he would be whining like a little girl.

Lester would be out there speaking ebonics with them and trying to be their friend shortly before they beat the shite out of him and take his wallet, keys, phone, and shoes. He'd just chalk it up to them forcing him to recognize his privilege and thank them.

I love how filth on the left play this game.
Their ilk are out violently attacking innocent people all over the country in their cars, in front of their businesses, or in the street. They are literally burning cities to the ground while killing innocent people.
So we send these thugs into private areas now, and then mock the citizens of said area for being concerned for their safety, you know, because of the violence that's being glorified by the media.
People like you and Lester are the reason we can never progress as a society. Literally the scum of the earth, but hey, "own the cons" at all costs.

I think that was kind of the point to protest there.
In essence its a street and sidewalk. Not someone's back yard. When did white people get so frightened and gutless

Again, is there proof they came onto HIS property? I didn't see any in the video clip I watched. Does HIS property extend to the community property in this instance(genuinely curious as I do not know)?

As I said, I do know it's a felony in many states to brandish weapons like they did.

quote:A quick Google search reveals Missouri has enacted laws referred to as the "Castle Doctrine" and "Stand Your Ground" doctrine.
I was wondering if they actually came onto HIS property. They obviously trespassed on the community's private property. I'm more curious on the laws in Missouri as they relate to this incident.
The Stand Your Ground law in Missouri is NOT limited to being on your own property but also includes any place that you have a legal right to occupy.
The Stand Your Ground law in Missouri does not require the person feeling threatened to retreat if he has the ability to do so.

Sometimes referred to as a Stand Your Ground law, in Missouri, if you have a legal right to be in a location, then you also have a right to protect yourself if you’re in imminent threat of deadly harm.
Missouri allows you to defend yourself with the use of deadly force if you’re under imminent threat of deadly force, without a duty to retreat in public.

In essence they had every right to start blasting

It's communal private property. He has every right to expect they're coming for his house. It's no different than a store owner standing in front of his business to defend it.

I didn't see anyone wanting to press the issue, either. Wonder why they didn't?

Huge quandary for the OT. Your Patriots are, gasp, "prominent" personal injury attorneys. The horror!

I really am enjoying how you are getting into the possible legal ramifications of this particular case but were nowhere to be found on the other thousand threads with people committing actual crimes
I wonder why that is.
I wonder why that is.

Did you miss the private street sign photo?

I started the sentence off with “in essence” therefore it is correct

And there's nothing in the video to suggest they were in imminent threat of deadly harm.
And I'm familiar with the Castle Doctrine, but as I understand it only applies if the persons come onto your property, which is why I was wondering if there's any evidence the protesters came onto HIS property. In private, gated communities, does the castle doctrine extend to the private community's property? I would think not. All of those communities usually have their own private security to "police" the common areas.

So can you even name one state where it is a felony to brandish a weapon on your private property?
