Were they actually on HIS property, or just on the gated community's street/sidewalks? In many states it's a felony to brandish a firearm to intimidate someone from coming on your property. I have no clue if that is the case in Missouri.
But the way both of them are handling those firearms, neither have any business owning firearms.

idk about 20 years ago, but some of the biggest Kyles that I went to school with at Bama over 10 years ago were from Houston.
