Is any business actually closed?

Yes, in person dining is closed and other businesses have adjusted hours and made things curbside drop-off if possible.

It seems every business I can think of is still open. Snowball stands, craft stores, doggy daycares, etc.

In my opinion essentials should be food, gas, and medicine.

So yeah I think people that cut hair are essential

But hey let the snowball stands stay open.

Movie theaters and bars are down. Electronics stores, anything inside a mall, etc...

Trick question.

We were all created equally in God’s eyes. Everyone is essential and should be allowed to work

I would probably say, yeah - at least to the extent that they are viable businesses.

Has "The Rouge Collection" been declared essential?

If not, racism is only explanation.

Yeah, until your air conditioner fails. Will probably want us to still be manufacturing them for you. How about refrigeration? Virtually every home and business needs us to do what we do regardless of economy or pandemic.

Here's my example.

My husband is a farmer. He has to get fuel delivered on a regular basis so the delivery drivers have to be out and working. He has things that break and need repair -- maybe welding, or a mechanic or the like -- some he can do but some he cannot so THOSE people have to be out. Other things break and need replacement parts -- THAT store is essential to getting the parts to get the equipment repaired. HE NEEDS these things to be able to grow a crop to feed people. Unless you think that food comes from the grocery store.

Just my little example of why it can't just be grocery stores & pharmacies.

It's essential if you depend on it for a living.

I work in electronic manufacturing for the D.O.D

Unless you dont want our troops to have any guided bombs, night vision goggles, or communication equipment.. then we are essential.

Curious what you’ll do if your AC breaks, your main breaker to your house fails, your waterline to your house ruptures, your sewerage line gets clogged between your house and the main sewer line. Since none of those fall under your essentials.
