No matter what you think of Pastime's Pizza, this kit is not it. It looks like a generic make at home pizza kit that several places are currently selling.

Is there any dough in there?

Rotolos is doing one and there is a bag of dough with it.

Thats the exact crust they use when you eat there. It's a premade crust, same crap that places like WalMart use. That's probably why they have it concealed. One of the blandest, most tasteless pizzas I've ever had.

I would rather eat ANY brand of frozen pizza than Pastime. The one time I tried the boudin pizza I took a bite and spit it out. It was gross.

I do like their grilled chicken sandwich.

Generally the pizzas are not that good, except for the Boudin Pizza. Need to get them to "light bake" it. Makes a difference.

On the other hand, their calzones are great. Dough is fresh with a buttery taste.

Can order a Boudin calzone..

It is terrible pizza. Most of The boxed stuff in your stores freezer case is better.

That's not enough sauce for an order of breadsticks, is this a personal pizza kit?

If you took someone outside of Baton Rouge and put Pastime Pizza up against other pizzas, Pastime would be ranked average, definitely not the best. It's more iconic than it is good. But there's nothing wrong with that, the city needs iconic places.

If you took it out of the location, it would fail - in fact, it did fail when they tried Pastime Jr on Drusilla.

Their calzones are good, but their pizza is garbage

Their po’boys are also underwhelming
