Bought a set of gen 2 AirPods last week on amazon for $120. No complaints so far. Can’t beat the ease of use and connectivity. I guess if you’re an audiophile it’s not worth it but for regular music, YouTube, podcasts, calls, etc. it’s great.

I got some Raycons and I’m very pleased. They fit nicely in my ears, they sound amazing, and they don’t look douchey hanging down from your ears like the air pods.

Just bought some beats on sale for $189. Got tired of the earphones falling out of my ear when I lift. And I get wax on them from time to time. Beats just sit over ears and I don’t have to worry about them falling off.

see a frick load of black folks with them.

So, as far as I’m concerned they are the new Bluetooth ear piece.

Anything black folks buy in mass, I’m skeptical about.

Yikes

If you are responsible and can not lose them, they are worth it. Can use the find iPhone to locate etc. I run in mine and they are the best I have used. Can go from pandora to phone call easily and they hold a charge. However, if you walk around the office in them, you suck.

After doing research I purchased the samsung galaxy buds and echo buds this week. Done testing the echo buds, will test the galaxy ones tomorrow. Whichever I don't like I'll give to my wife.

Amazon has a pair called Cowin. Has it own portable charging base. Goes for about $59. Sometimes you can get them on sale for $35-40.

Have Beats air pods, they work fine unless the gym is crowded then they cut out constantly.

I used $20 headphones for a long long time. I recently switched to the Galaxy Buds and the difference in quality is night and day.

Only issue is the left earbud cuts out from time to time

That's normal on any of these totally wireless ear buds.
Mine do this sometimes when outdoors. Rarely in the gym or on a plane(indoors).
I have the JBL Free. Much better than my son's Airpods simply for the fact Airpods are NOT noise cancelling(this is by design for kids' safety which I can totally understand).

At some point, you will lose the air pods and/or the charging case. Just know that going in...

I have a pair of JBL in ear headphones that do. You can also tap it in your ear on one side to skip songs or the other to replay songs. They are about half the cost and fit 100X better than the apple products. The bass in them is also much better

My dumbass 14 yr old son has washed his twice in his school shorts but they survived after drying out a few days.
He Lost the case once(found it two weeks later).

Kids really shouldn't have these things.
