What surprises me the most about this is that the response by the Democratic Party will be to move even more to the Far Left and do even more to try to take Trump down. This is like the jealous ex-boyfriend tracking down his ex's new beau and fighting him at the Sonic in order to try to win her back even though he and the gal had been broken up (and not spoken) for 3 years.

I predicted a year ago that President Trump would carry 43 states in 2020, and some of my reasons for believing so haven't even come to fruition yet. Some events are playing out as we speak, though.
