I'd keep going until it started getting soft and fake a nut like I pulled out and jizzed in my hand(chivalry and all).
I wish I had thought of that. I’d just apologize and run away crying.

Considering there are actual cases of men being forced to provide continual child support after finding out they aren’t the father, I say yes, it should be mandatory.
Mandatory? No.
Highly encouraged? Sure, why not.

I don’t remember how old I was but I remember being shocked when I learned they don’t actually do that. Just thought it was standard before putting a guys name on a birth certificate that testing would be done

Yes. Deadbeat dads and scheming bitches beware.

If a woman shows any eagerness for you to sign the birth certificate, don't sign.

It would lead to an increase of single mothers and decrease in nuclear families.

Terrible idea. Guard your DNA and raise hell against any politician who gets on some moral crusade mentioning DNA. Government with DNA gives me nightmares.

This is why I come here. I wouldn’t have known I need to act indifferent when my husband signs the birth certificate.

Bad news bro, they already have yours.

It should be mandatory but it never will be because the uncomfortable fact of the matter is the government would rather have an unknowing husband/father take care of a child that isn't his in a stable home rather than break up a relationship forcing the child to have a single mother.

Great point.
I already asked this but would like to know if any fathers here have had a paternity test on their own. Not out of suspicion but just as a precaution against the possibility of raising and supporting a kid that’s not yours.

Yes. I have a friend that was married.1st year they had a daughter. His wife let him go a year thinking he was taking care of his daughter, before telling him that it wasn't his daughter. Tennessee Co-Ed Tramp.
I am in support of the death penalty for these types of scenarios.

I spent 5 years doing family court work before I gave it up. Couldn't take some of the stuff I saw. The amount of paternity fraud that exists in this country blew my mind. And not just with lower class folks, but with upper middle class housewives. Family courts that require a husband to financially support a kid that isn't his biologically, where the truth of paternity was fraudulently omitted, are part and parcel of this evil.

Are the kids expiring after 10 years or something?

Then hopefully they would close their legs a little more or abort the child if she knows it isn't her husband's. Both are better than letting a man think a child is his and financially support it for years. Sometimes you gotta have some growing pains to get where you need to.

Let’s say John Doe is married and he and his wife have a kid. He secretly has a paternity test within a month of birth (not suspicious of adultery, just checking to be sure) and finds out the kid is not his. What recourse does he have? What if (instead) ten years pass and some guy from his wife’s past comes out of left field and (out of guilt) confesses to being the real father and a paternity test confirms that John is indeed not the father.
How would those scenarios play out?
Posted on 12/24/19 at 9:43 am to Globetrotter747
Yes they should be mandatory. If it is revealed that the child does not belong to the presumed father, then he should be able to make an informed decision as to whether he wants to assume that responsibility.
