Hard to choose just one but a good carrot cake or a lemon doberge is way up there for me.

I love a good flourless (or very little flour) chocolate cake, preferably made w/almond flour....like an Italian torta caprese, or a French pleyel.

Blueberry pound cake - bonus tip, put a slice in the fridge to firm up, then lightly toast in a pan with butter, hell yeah

Ambrosia Strawberry And berry chantilly are the next closest.

The one my old grandma use to make. It is a yellow layer cake that is covered in chocolate icing, but she'd cut up very ripe bananas in long slices and put it between the layers.

That cake was amazing and it only got better as time passed. Only thing is, it got eaten so fast it never really stayed around long too many times.
