The Alabama location boasts over 50,000 square feet, 124 fueling positions, and the biggest, most pristine bathrooms the state of Alabama has ever seen

That's quite the boast.

Busy Bee in Live Oak outside Tallahassee has better cleaner bathrooms than the Buccees in AL. I’ve made that drive a few times since it opened, been to both multiple times, and it’s not even close. Buccees is fine, especially on long trips, but overrated.

I've mentioned in other Bucee's threads that I have a frat brother who is a factory rep that has Texas as his sales territory. His claim to fame is that he has taken a dump in every Bucee's.

I just texted him and asked him if he has been by the new Bama Bucee's. He said not yet but he is going to Destin for Labor Day and plans to stop by. He says he is planning a menu of things to eat before hand that will give him the ultimate dump experience at the newest Bucee's.

Yes and Leeds (I-20) will be getting one soon, too.

It’ll be near a Bass Pro Shops so that exit will be insanity

There is literally nothing special about Buc-ee’s. It’s just a giant gas station with a shitload of obesity.

I’m shocked that Alabama didn’t get the first Buc-ee’s since the drawing of the mascot was based on S4b4n.

Then we get an hour down the road. And then the farting begins. By the time we got to Montgomery it smelled like old football locker room in the van.

That why they have so many in Texas.

You eat at one and then have shite at another one down the road.

Yeah, wife got mad at me for not stopping when we drove past it a few months ago. It's a fricking gas station. I'm not sitting in a traffic jam to get into a gas station like this is the late 70's or something.

I went there in early May and it was glorious. I heard it got really busy after that with the summer vacation crowd.

First we get the moon operation, now a Bucee's in Birmingham. Why is Alabama so blessed?

Same. Give me a Racetrak or Circle K. I don't need to spend an hour in a gas station and have to fight traffic to park and/or get gas.

It is a wal mart type gas station. Has our culture devolved so much that Bucee's are our Meccas? I don't get it.
