Sent in my pair for the 3rd time in 10 years. Rubber nose and earpieces were rotting from sweat/sunscreen.

Only charge to me was $5 to ship it to them. They have never actually charged my card for the warranty assessment fee or whatever it is.

Turnaround time always about 2 weeks.

You can call them trash baw glasses. Dont care. Company stands by its product.

I’ve owned multiple pairs of RayBans for between ten and fifteen years. I’ve never had to send any of them off for anything. So, yay that they are willing to fix your shitty glasses when they rot?

Sunglasses literally cost these companies less than $1.00 a pair to manufacture. They can afford to fix them every year for as long as you live.

I sent an old pair in to have the rubber on the temples replaced and they noticed the lenses were pretty rough and replaced them for me as well. I did have to pay the $30 or $40 warranty claim charge though. Or however much it was. This was 6 or 7 years ago.

I've gone back to cheap sunglasses(Suncloud) since losing that pair of Costas.

When you're willing to pay $200 for a $4 pair of sun glasses, they can afford to fix it for you several times over. Especially when you are paying shipping.

It's like otter box or life proof cases. I'm on my fifth one .

Had 3 pairs of Costas. They were ok. I now sport Maui Jims. The lenses are about the same but the MJ frame is superior in every way. Have had them for 3 years now and no issues from sweat and sunscreen like the Costas.

I have the Wassups.
