My favorite is how he tried to lessen what his brotha/cousin/friend, etc did by saying he didn't burn her. Guess what, buddy, you associate is still a piece of shite and a degree will not change that. Glad he got a degree to spend the rest of his life in jail.

You forgot their family. Cousins to:

2. Sovereign citizens of the world

saying he didn't burn her.
I mean, if the guy was truly evil he would have burned her.
But he didn't burn her.
Ergo, he mustn't be that bad of a guy. Right?

Wrong. What people are posting on the Internet is in fact WAY less disgusting than actually murdering another human being.

Isn't it SAD that someone ACTUALLY believes that mean ole' words are the equivalent of brutal murder?!?
What kind of fked up people are walking the planet?

2. I get the anger at the advocate for the article. Yet people always bitch about the lack of rehabilitation in prisons. Our justice system locked up a criminal for his crimes. It seems the guy turned around his life and you're going to bash him for it? You would rather the guy rot in jail over trying to help others?
I care about rehabilitation for those that should be released. This was a crime that under NO set of circumstances should the criminal have ever been released. We have people in jail for drug possession and this person is the one that the effort is wasted on to release and educate? This is about liberal robots who have a need to virtue signal to such an extreme as to put society in danger.

You people neex to get your facts straight before You start posting all kinds of BS on the Internet. Call manda is in prison right now in Cottonport Louisiana. hes been there 20 years and will probly be there another 20 years. He never set any body on fire yes he did kill her and what he did was wrong and and on forgivable and disgusting but what you people are posting on the Internet is No less disgusting. Who are you to judge?
Who am I to judge? An American citizen who has earned the right to my opinion under the First Amendment.
As to the larger sense. Matthew 7:1-2 says:
quote:
7 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
I am more than willing to be judged in the way I judge. I am far from perfect but I deserve what I deserve. And if you take a human life you should be removed from mainstream human society for the rest of yours. I am against the death penalty for several reasons but one is that a murderer should serve as long as possible and death is too quick and easy for them.
My care goes to the kid in jail for drug possession or a first time offense. My care goes to the guy in for life for a badly written habitual offender law. I have no care for someone the commits the crime of murder and anyone who does is an arrogant arse who just wants to say "look at me" as they virtue signal.

Can someone clarify what this dude is talking about? The guy in the OP is out of prison, right?

I once posted about the 9/11 terrorist but got a minor detail wrong. I thought 17 of them were from Saudi Arabia but it was only 14.
To the American people, I'm sorry for my actions which are equitable to the killing of 3500 of your citizens that day. I hope you can forgive me.
See how much of a retard you sound like, Saumel Citron? Unfortunately, you probably don't.

Kyle Manda? The OP is about a different dude, Not Kyle Manda.
I knew Kyle well and remember what he did.

I think he misunderstood the OP and somehow thought someone said it was Kyle who set his gf on fire. He was whacked out on drugs and shot his gf and tried to overdose on GHB and pills after. He's not getting out of prison, ever.

Then why don't we let 15 year olds vote, buy alcohol, enter into contracts, etc, etc?
Always trust some ignorant Southern Neanderthal to go for the basest instincts.

While I don't disagree with the point you're making in your first sentence, just know that you sound like a huge fricking douche in your second.

Unless you’re potty training your puppy, there’s really no reason to get that paper

Firstly, what an incredible bump this was (see previous page for details).
Secondly:
Wait, what?
Oh, from the article:
So wait, he was tried "as an adult," but now gets released because he was given a mandatory life sentence as a "juvenile?" What is that wizardry? If he was tried as an adult, then it stands to reason that in the eyes of the law he is an adult at the time of sentencing, no?
Secondly:
quote:
Hundley was sentenced to mandatory life without parole.
quote:
Two decades later, Hundley, afforded his opportunity at parole
Wait, what?
Oh, from the article:
quote:
Hundley, now 37, was the state's first juvenile lifer freed from prison after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that mandatory life-without-parole sentences for juveniles were unconstitutional.
So wait, he was tried "as an adult," but now gets released because he was given a mandatory life sentence as a "juvenile?" What is that wizardry? If he was tried as an adult, then it stands to reason that in the eyes of the law he is an adult at the time of sentencing, no?

That's what I assumed, too. I skimmed through the whole thread but didn't notice anything that mentioned what happened that led up to the crime; I may have missed it. *Off to Google*
