Dany has been my favorite character since she walked into a funeral pyre carrying three dragon eggs and not only survived but hatched three dragons. She was sold like a slave into marriage and survived her abusive brother and made her dothraki husband love and respect her. She got the Unsullied to fight for her, she got the dothraki to fight for her, she helped fight against the NK and lost one of her children to help save Westeros! She has come so far...just to lose it all. But i guess it wouldn’t be game of thrones if she got everything she ever wanted.

Y’all keep saying Jaime’s redemption arc was over, but how is it redemptive for him to kill Cersei knowing she has an innocent child in her belly, especially considering it’s his? To me it would have been extremely fricked up for Jaime to murder his unborn child in his last act. The attempt to escape with Cersei and protect the child was the right end for Jaime.
He was always an interesting character morally, flittering back and forth in the gray area. I think he completed his “redemption” by risking his life in the fight against the dead. He attempted to stay with Brienne, but a happily ever after life hiding away In the North was not something he felt he deserved.

One more thing:
How come nobody in the Lannister Army recognized Jaime. Same for the Dothraki and Arya.

Jon is literally worthless this entire season, the main character of the entire show and books has become a side character
Other than that, the production, music, and quality of everything was on point.

Imagine being a combat vet SEAL. Top of the game. Then you have to experience a bombing campaign a la B29 style or something similar on the receiving end. Think that wouldn't f you up a little if you barely survived?

Only thing to add is Arya going from invincible badass killing machine that has had Cersei at the top of her hit list for 7+ seasons, to invincible scared little girl roaming the city in fear because the hound convinced her not to kill Cersei anymore.
