Best Poboy in NOLA

Gonna be back in the promised land (Breaux Bridge) in a couple weeks.
Hoping to break away and get out to NOLA. Been about 15 yrs since I've been. Wanting to get some killer shrimp or roast beef with debris poboys. Who has the best?

Wherever you end up going, go the shrimp route. RB poboys/hoagies or whatever can be had anywhere. RB is not some Nola secret but depending on the cost of seafood where you are, a seafood poboy may be harder to get where you live.

If I can just have one poboy, I would want the fried shrimp/roast beef combo. So the turf and turf at Parkway or the peacemaker (roast beef debris) at Bevi. Guy’s also has a great shrimp poboy.

Was not impressed with Guys. Might be because it was Saturday and crowded and they are a small operation. If I had to choose it would be a shrimp from domilise or a surf and turf from parkway

Shrimp or All that Jazz from Verti Marte are pretty frickin fantastic. That’s been my new go to lately thanks to this board. Dimartinos is always good and easier to get to for me, Salvos seems to always be hit or miss with shrimp, but a good place to grab some crawfish at the same time.
