I like Parkway, but I find their roast beef debris to be a little bland. I really like R&O's.

For a fried seafood po'boy, I'm a big fan of Liuzza's.

I lived in NO for a short while and have had lengthy visits for 10 straight years 5 -6 x a year for work. Still, I'm an outsider and a Bama Grad so I'm sure my opinion sucks. Anyway, R & O's is always better than good. Same with Guy's. Just had their Crawfish and Sausage last week.

Can't say the same about Domilise's.

Or just call in and order. Ready in 20 minutes and eat wherever you want.

I second this one. It's my go-to when I am in NOLA every two or three years.

I’ll admit I’ve not had Bevi’s. I only go there for the boiled crawfish.

I’ll definitely give it a try though.

I knew it...!

Ate there tonight while visiting family. Stood in line for an hour while my wife entertained our infant and five year old at a table. Shrimp poboy was dynamite but I felt like I couldn’t enjoy it as much after the long wait.

Told my aunt that we should see if we could order at the bar and she said you could only order at the cash register. Didn’t want to be disrespectful so I just said okay.

It has been a while but the Roast Duck Poboy from Crabby Jack's was always a favorite of mine.

If you're looking for roast beef go with R&O's. Bears is lacking in flavor and has no gravy, more like a watered down jus. It has to be one of the most overrated food items in this area.

Shrimp po-boy from parkway is my favorite. Classic and perfectly seasoned and fried.
