They're probably in heated discussion at Chicago PD along with the DA as to what they can get away with NOT charging him, instead of the other way around as it should be. One can only hope they seek to make an example this guy. He needs to made an example of.

You know whoever leaked this was afraid of it being swept under the rug. Actual detectives want to do their jobs.
