I have seen this line pumped out here like 50 times by resident libs.

I am going to break this whole argument down.

So these illegals, who can't even provide their own children water to keep from dying, are going to drag a 30-50 foot ladder thousands of miles through the desert. then once they reach the wall will climb said ladder. The wall is made of steel slats so there is no top to tie a rope off on to repel down the other side. Will then toss their sick and dying child over the side of the wall to plummet to their immediate death. Then will do the same themselves.

So now that I have typed that all out. I feel dumb for starting this thread. Clearly they still scaled the wall, and proved it didn't work. Surviving the fall is not needed to prove it doesn't work.

No, wait. That is fricking stupid. PLEASE SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THESE MFERs SURVIVE JUMPING OVER THE WALL?!?!

I’d support identifying the guy with the ladder and climbing skills for a work program. He sounds like a go-getter with gumption. We need qualified painters in the country.

They won't need to because there won't be a wall. You're welcome.

If it’s the slat-style I’ve seen, I’d use a reciprocating saw with a good Diablo metal blade.

I'm looking forward to seeing a bunch of red blooded capitalistic Americans creating a cottage industry selling ladders on the Mexican side of the border to save people the effort of transporting their own

They aren't lemmings, they are people with brains and logical thought, unlike you apparently.

You realize you can tie a rope to a fricking rock on the ground and throw it over a wall, correct? You just need twice as much rope.

So why did the guy break his legs and pelvis trying to climb the 30ft wall in Calexico?

Tell me how good that cordless dewalt saw works after being walked thousand of miles through the desert, and they are 3 foot wide, and probably atleast a QTR inch thick.

I've worked in metal fab for years. I can attest that it wont have enough dick to cut through that without 15 batteries. If it will even turn once it in deep into it.

As others have stated. Run some current through it, and then that won't work either (not that it would have in the first place)

All illegal border crossers are Olympic gymnast or mountain climbers. Duh.

The ladder market in Mexico is about to boom. They will be on sale within sight of the wall.

The trick is that you tie a rope to the top step of the ladder and fling it over to the other side, the ladder sales man holds down the Mexican side while you and your family go over the top. Then the ladder salesman brings the ladder back to the market and 'sells' it to the next desperate group. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Lazy white Americans have no ingenuity left anymore. Any motivated latino could figure out how to get over a wall.

You are a fricking idiot. what does steel slat mean? Do you know what that is? Imagine billions of 50 foot tall rods so close together that you cant walk between them. If you tossed a rock over it the rope would just go between them.

(as you should)

People don't need to tote 60-70-80 pound ladders around for miles and miles. They don't need a pickup truck with racks to carry an extension ladder to the wall. All they need to know is Juan three houses down, on the left, has one and makes a run every three days, and he'll roll out a rope ladder to help you down the other side. Show up... hop in.. Juan is the one!

Why all the fixation with seeing this as a permanent fix, when it's a sure fire business opportunity and bound to be jumped upon by someone?

The point is that the wall slows them down enough to get the Border Patrol on location.

By using drones, cameras, maybe seismic sensors you can detect breach attempts and have patrol stationed every few miles to react upon alarm.

Just ask the "ladder argument" dumbass if the doors to his home has locks on it. When he says yes, just walk away.

A burglar can get get into a house with the doors locked, but people still lock them anyway. I guess most people just don't want strangers walking into their homes without any encumbrance.

With surveillance they could stop people while they scale. You need both. Not just one or the other.

Takes two ladders to get up the wall, and down the other side
