Did I? Yes, at two different jobs.
Did it turn out well? Not really, but both lasted at least a year each (everyone was single btw).
Was it worth it? Yes, both times.
Would I do it now? No. Come too far and have too much to lose.

She had big cans. Was kind of thick but not much arse which is weird because she is half black. We ended up at the same bar one night and she went home with me since she had a breathalyzer in her car and couldnt drive with any alcohol in her system. . She fricked like a pornstar and got really awkward after and said let's just be friends. I was fine with it, I got what I wanted. She left a puddle on my bed

I met my wife working together. We were both in the service industry at the time and like it has been said multiple times everyone is banging in the service industry. I don’t think I ever had a service industry job where I didnt hook up with at least one co-worker.

I'll give you one that fits all the cliches: as a young man (20 I think) I hooked up a few times with the hot trainer chick at the computer sales org I worked for while going to LSU.
I'll never forget the feeling of lying in her bed next to her after a tryst and someone starts kicking her front door down. I'm looking at this chick, who the frick is this? You didn't say anything about a boyfriend or crazy ex? I'm thinking I'm gonna die. I barely have time to grab my pants and this guy comes running into the bedroom all pissed off ready to kill someone.
Anyway, this guy comes into the room and guess who it is? Our boss! And then he sees me and starts to calm down real quick. I happened to be his top salesman, his gravy train. What was he gonna do, beat my arse? Obviously this chick was a slut and I was just having my turn.
I told him the next day I had no idea they were a thing and that I had no designs on her. But the job wasn't the same after that and I got the frick out of there once I found something better.
And yeah, maybe there were flirtations in the workplace later in my life, but all needed to keep them from being anything more is just to remember that night when I was 20.

We both met her around the same time. She flirted with both of us and didn't mention having a bf to either one of us. I found out in a rather roundabout way and decided to back off. He didn't care one bit and put the moves on her anyway. It went on for a few months and then she went on some crazy expensive vacation with her fiancee and my buddy sent her a bunch of crazy, drunken text messages in the middle of the night when he found out. And that's how she got caught.
Dude woke up in his bed at the resort and saw his girl's phone blowing up with "cheating whore!" messages.
