I hear this all the time with restaurants. I assume this includes a lot of managers sleeping with employees (and know of several managers that are married to now former waitresses they managed), but I don’t hear about lawsuits or managers being fired as a result any more than other places. Is it just so common even with managers along with high turnover that no one can rat on someone without implicating themselves and/or that hourly don’t care enough about job as far as being a career and just move on to another restaurant if they get written up for something instead of trying to save job by then claiming harassment?
