Healthy pre workout?

Is there such thing as a healthy pre workout? I used to take c4, lit, and bucked up in the past but stopped due to my abundant caffeine intake at work. It just didn’t seem healthy to my heart and overall health. On the other hand, I’m drained after work and find it hard to get to the gym most days.
Any recommendations other than quit being a lazy bitch?

I miss the good old days when we could get ephedra at the corner store. It would turn us into frothing man-beasts in the gym.
To answer your question, I just stay away from stimulants before the gym. I used to go the c4 route, but found that I quickly adapted to it to where it lost its impact.
What kind of work do you do? Is it a physical job? If not, are you just mentally drained?

I’m always on the hunt for new pre workouts. I know they aren’t great for your heart but I’m drained most days when I go to the gym. C4 isn’t my favorite, maybe try something else or just go black coffee.

I build caffeine tolerance fast. I'll have caffeine work days and take weekends off. That has been big in not getting my tolerance really out of whack.
I build a little tolerance even over the week, but the two days clean tends to reset me enough that I don't get worse week to week.

I use Evlution Nutrition BCAA Energy
Definitely cuts out on the side effects of some of the more intense workouts. It is gluten free, no sugar. Uses green coffee and green tea as natural energizers
Always deals on it too, I think right now on Body building.com you can get 2 for $30 (I recommend the watermelon flavor)
My only complaint is that for the "intense energy" you need 4 scoops, which means if you use it as a preworkout than 2 containers last you about a month. You can also take 2 scoops throughout the day for general energy purposes
I mix the BCAA Energy with the Pump Mode ($20) as my preworkout. Have no side effect issues whatsoever

Black coffee is for children with their first caffeine experience.

I use Legion Pulse, been taking it a while and haven't found that I needed more for tolerance

I don't feel like my pre-workout does that much anymore, however it is just part of my routine. If I don't take it I just feel off.
Maybe that means it actually is working, who knows?

If you need more you may want to reset that caffeine tolerance. But I hear ya.

I've not had caffeine higher than one cup of coffee for about 2 months. I took some preworkout yesterday and it was the same as it was 3 months ago. I'm just tolerant.

I had to cut out all caffeine straight for a little more than a month. I could take two scoops of pre before that no problem.
Now just one cup of black coffee and I’m good to go.

BANG!
I started drinking Bang recently. It’s caffeine, BCAAs, creatine and a few other things. Bunch of flavors.

Nicotine is a safer stimulant than caffeine. Chew some nicorette gum...if you aren’t already a tobacco user.

Just take a 100 or 200 mg caffeine pill it equates to roughly a cup or 2 of coffee but won't frick up your stomach before a workout.
