I can remember benching 315 for reps - I think 6. I could do reps on decline with 315 sets of 10 - I don’t know what that would equate to.

I went the surgery route. Wanted to do stem cell therapy but not covered by insurance and unsure if it would work

Most I’ve benched is 290 when I weighed 175. :(
