The O-Line is handcuffing this offense. It’s not the QB or RBs or WRs.

They were getting dusted by the SLU DL all night long. The playcalling had to change to max protect as to not get Burrow killed. We ran a lot more max protect in the 2nd half because it was the safe call. They need to have a screen game and some true spread concepts to get the ball out of Burrow’s hands quickly or he’ll be dead by the UGA game.

You can utilize a system that compensates for poor OL play.

People cry about the OL EVERY.frickING.YEAR.

Its goddam time people realize we cant run this "pro style" bullshite if the OL cant block as well as Alabama.

LSU's backups should be able to dominate a defensive line like the one SELU trots out there. This may be the worst line LSU has had in quite some time.

Why LSU doesn't run screens to slow down the opposing defenses' pass rush is beyond me. It's just stupid.

Auburn is going to feast on that O line next week. I hope SE has something creative up his sleeve to keep Burrow from getting killed.

Just imagine what it will be like in JH against one of the best front 7s in the country. They’ll need 8 to block 4.

We need some shorter routes and more outlets to alleviate pressure and make defenders consider straight rushing in on Burrow. He does have to get rid of the ball quicker too. He will not be able to take hits like that against Auburn.

There were maybe 3-4 plays where the OL didn’t legitimately hold up. One was on a blitz up the middle.
Pass pro wasn’t bad. It was the WR & QB tonight not getting open & holding the ball

NOT SURPRISING to me at all, as I've been Ranting about lack of OL talent for a long time.

If yall don't believe me yet, there will be no doubts after the Auburn game.

Gonna be ugly.

Doubt if JB makes it to the 4th quarter...…..

I’m not saying there’s a secret playbook, but I expect to see a lot more of this against Auburn.

don’t just blame the o line for poor play, burrow was 10 of 20 for 151 yards and the only reason he had that many yards was because of the Hail Mary pass. The only bright spot on the offense was Brosette.

I've said this before, but i will continue to do so. Dan Mullen implemented a quick passing game in Dak's senior year because he lost almost the entire experienced OL he had the previous year. Dak had his most impressive year to date, with WRs, OL, and RBs, that have not and will not do anything in the NFL.

I don't understand why we didn't just hire a spread offensive guy to begin with. You got Ensminger, who hasn't ran his own offense since the 90s, to now "experiment", and come up with a new hybrid pro style/spread attack.

South Florida beat Georgia Tech 49-38 yesterday after they just lost the best QB in USF history. They've lost all the talent that made them great the past two years, yet they still know how to put up points in bunches on power 5 opponents.

That OC (who've I've wanted for years now, and still going), is Sterlin Gilbert. He made Texas good at offense again (true freshman 3300 yard 25 TD QB, 2000 yard rusher in D'onta Foreman) , he made Jimmy Garopollo great, then did the same with Dane Evans at Tulsa.

Our Coaches are too got damn old and set in their ways of how it used to be, that they can't move forward. A Modern college football offense is what we need. We are wasting the few years Aranda will be here.
