They have done this a lot of places. Malls aren’t what they use to be and they can make a lot of money from both locations by getting the people who don’t want to go into the mall.

I remember when the vast, vast, vast majority of CFA locations were ONLY in malls.
But really... the drive through crowd is a different crowd than the eat at the mall food court group, so this isn't as silly as it sounds, nor as silly as Starbucks on multiple corners.

It would be nice if there were 2 Chick-Fil-A stores within eyesight of each other, perhaps one would have a shorter line.
