That is a white trash travel ball roster.
Also, when you name your kid one of those, the hospital automatically gives you a _________'s Mom jersey.

The root cause is the slow death of family names. My son’s first name is my wife’s maiden name and my daughter is named after a great aunt on one side and great grandmother on the other side. Our first instinct when naming kids was to look within the family. Nobody seems to do that anymore. I place a lot of stock in kids with normal names. My daughter (6) has a kid in her class named Greg. I like him based purely off his name because 6 yo Greg’s just don’t exist anymore.

Little Jayden is going to be so happy when I tell him that he didn’t make your list.

Haven't heard that one.
Same reason that no one names their son Elmer anymore. Popular names change through the decades.

Most of my friends have named their sons normal names like Jack, William, Matthew, Max, Andrew, Benjamin, Henry etc... Sorry you know a lot of trashy parents

Jenner basically killed any chance for this as a possible boys name now.

As long as it isn't spelled with a stupid x in it.
Then the name becomes trashy.

I have a Dalton. I love the name. My husband, "named" him after Road House, But honestly he took the name from me. Months before that I brought it up because I knew a man named Dalton my whole life, and I never heard anyone else have that name and I loved it. Funny thing is he turned the name down. I let him have it though, so when he says after Road House, I just smile and nod.... w/e.
I've only seen a handful of of kids have his name. I hope it never catches on. But truthfully if my husband had his way Dalton would be Espn.

Naming your kid a Kaylee, Kaylie, Kayley, Kayleigh, Kaely, etc., variant or similar is child abuse.

I don't have near as big of a problem with the trendy names as other here, I just dislike when people intentionally spell a name wrong just to be different.
