And of those that know, how many give a damn?

My philosophy, if I'm going one way at 70 mph, I want to be as far away as possible at someone coming at me at 70 mph.

"I wont drive in the right lane because going less than 10 over is ridiculous"
-a-hole driver

Tell that to the big rigs on I-12. Those frickers will cruise side-by-side at 65 for miles

If you drive LA 1 between Port Allen and Plaquemine Between 430 a.m. and 630 a.m. the percentage is nearly 0. Like 0.001% which roughly means me and that's about it.

All I know is if you drive slower than me you're an a-hole and if you driver faster than me, you're an idiot.

Well I drive interstates quite a bit, so I can give an estimate of <25%. I believe in MS, you're only forced to drive on the right at night. There are quite a few states that allow both lanes to be occupied, but if you're in the left, you should be going faster than the car on the right.
I spend a lot of my time hugging the line on the left trying to get the driver in front of me to GTFO of the way.

I drive in the left lane 99% of the time because I have to pass so many dumbass drivers.

Probably the same number that says being in the left lane doesnt entitle you to go faster than the speed limit.

I'm pretty sure it's quicker to stay in right lane for that trip anyways. Used to try to go back and forth to get around slow traffic but now I chill for the most part in the right lane.

Look. Let's be CLEAR...
Driving in the left lane when you are NOT passing, is...
AGAINST THE LAW.

It is significantly higher than the % of people who know you can turn left on red from a one-way street onto a one-way street w traffic going "left," unless marked prohibited. I typically don't use my horn in non-emergency situations, but this is an exception.

The max I drive on the 10 is 80. With that being said, if I moved back over to the right lane every time I passed somebody, I would be changing lanes non-stop on my commute
