Rhode Island.

I go to Delaware at least 4 times a year on business. So I wan't be forgetting that place.

Vermont is a pretty awesome place as long as you don't talk politics.

New Hampshire. Vermont’s lesser known twin without the “live free or die” gimmick and Ben and Jerry’s.

Alexandria, LA. Yea I know it doesn't fit the category, but that place sucks so bad I'm throwing it in anyway.

New Hampshire's motto is Live Free or Die, not Vermont.

New Hampshire has pretty much nothing but covered bridges and heroin addictions.

What a remarkably absurd way to rate a state.

Serial killers and lobsters.

New Hampshire is a fair answer though.
