general strikes have worked in other countries to change politicians courses, although they really have fallen out of favor in the last 100 years.

I don't think their plan is going to work the way they want it to. The reason it won't is because they already are equal to men in the workplace. Employers will look on them as disruptions to production the same way they would look at men who were doing the same sort of thing. There may not be many who are fired but many will end up on the mental naughty lists of managers who know the good from the bad. This will not be good for their careers.

Well I like the idea of a general strike to show displeasure at trump's agenda and actions, but its hard to make definitive comment without more detail. So far all they did was post this image to facebook.
