You get a down vote for having a case of the dumz.

My S&W .45 can have a dry trigger pull to chamber a round instead of using the slide.. so two pulls equals one shot on the first round.. I may not be explaining the mechanics right but that could be what he was referencing

Maybe he just left out how he racked the slide before pulling the trigger a second time?
