It´s still early, and they´ve got to roll out more offerings, but Scofflaw look to be the real thing.

After going to the LSU game in Green Bay and touring the Lake Front Brewery in Milwaukee, that's my answer.
They tapped their Oktoberfest because they knew the LSU folks were coming, and
My only close second I'd Brooklyn Brewery for their Oktoberfest

I'm basically there now with Parish. It's almost all I drink these days between all their hoppy beers and Reve. They check all the boxes with multiple iterations of hoppy pale ales and IPAs and a double IPA. Throw in the coffee stout and there's not much else I'd need to drink. I like sours, but if I never drank another in my life, it wouldn't bother me.
But for this exercise, I'll go ahead and say Trillium. Everything I've had from them has been fantastic.

I live close and want to go by there, have you been?
I had their stuff for the first time at the Nook and it was great. Can't remember what it was.

Going to have to go with Trillium for this. At all times, they have about 10 different juice bombs. Their other offerings are great as well.

I'd probably go with a bigger brewery with a larger selection of beers like Stone, Sierra Nevada, or maybe Oskar Blues. I think Wicked Weed would be a great choice as well with all the sours and saisons. I'll go WW.

Modern Times
Great hoppy beer, damn good BA stuff, and nice funky beers.

I'm the opposite. I don't think the bigger brewers brew more different beers, they just produce more of the beers that they brew. They also bottle/can more of there offerings. I like the little breweries, like I said earlier. Great Notion's brewing space is about twice the size of my kitchen. You can sit at the bar and chat with the brewers while drinking a great beer and eating a cheeseburger... And they brew plenty of different beers.
