I'd imagine they may have looked at that differently since the death occurred on Disney property and the management of those potential legal issues.

Awesome! And people wonder why we make at least one trip a year to Disney. It's moments like this that can make someones trip so memorable and changes their life. Seems like it changed that Cast Member's life as well.

They didn't sue or speak ill of Disney, which probably means Disney heaped millions and millions of dollars on them.

I was there when this happened. Rode the ferry back from the Magic Kingdom to the parking lot that night. The next morning it was all over the news. When we went back to the Magic Kingdom on Saturday everyone on the Ferry was looking in that direction... It was so surreal and sad. Of course everyone was talking about it on-board.

Now that is real right there....unbelievable that Disney can motivate their employees to do that kind of thing whereas most companies can barely motivate 100K/year salaried employees to just show up on time.
