It violates the spirit of our constitutional protections. Other than that it's fantastic and definitely won't be abused
Don't forget tornado response. We had a tornado in Chattanooga in April and I worked with a ton of strangers helping people get to their house or get it secured. No covid spike.
I mean he is a socialist. I think he really wants all of it he just thinks 50% sounds more palatable.
It’s people with kids. Before kids I always went in. Now it’s sometimes easier to hit the drive through
without changing the VA constitution won't they just have the same problem with the new judges?

It's a numbers game usually what happens is someone wants to sell quickly without doing any work. If I can get a discount to make that happen I buy the house if not on to the next one. I can assure you that no one that knows anything about real estate is going to take 30k off the purchase price and do the work for 2 reasons 1. Me doing the work isn't free and 2. If you do the work and its include in the purchase price it adds a few thousand to the down payment and goes into the loan. If I do the work after closing it costs me 30k.
I've been doing some research on Argentina as apparently it is affordable enough to retire in my 40's if I am willing to go there and open a business like a winery or olive oil bottler. Something I learned was that Argentina made a concerted effort in the 1800's to attract European immigrants. So while Germans did move there after WW2 there was already a significant population of Europeans living there and influencing the culture. Mendoza is their wine country most similar to our Napa valley and aside from it being 5000 miles from family I could likely live out the rest of my life with what I have saved if I were able to produce a bit of income there.

Can any of you explain how to tell what the short volume is on a stock and when it has to be closed out? I'm tempted to gamble on some call options on mrln if I can figure out what date to use.
Where are you guys putting your sell order in?
I've got a buy order at 10.00 I'll follow it for a few days and see if I can get in.

so when does the squeeze start?
Wouldn't it be a shame if the whole EU had to pay for Spain's insolence? Maybe Teresa would be wise to get her member states in line before she gets thrown out with the bathwater :booboo:
I always thought NFT's were a way to launder money while in person art auctions weren't available because of Covid.

In February I generated around 600 in option premium on stock I am going to hold anyway. If it gets called away at a price I am happy with great. In the meantime the call premium can fund my silly little side plays like hgraf or degenerate gambling like 0dte SPY options. Either way the 600 was "free" money to my smooth brain and like I said if it had exercised yesterday I'd have locked the price at 70 a share and not participated in the 5 dollar drop that happened today.

Today I really wish the person that bought my delta options had exercised them yesterday when we were above the strike price :banghead:

I got fgphf at .05 but i wish I'd bought 500 more shares of hgraf instead of 10k shares of fgphf!

What do you guys think about FGPHF as a poor persons secondary play

Obviously it caps the upside but if you can generate income along the way selling out of the money calls at a price you'd be happy to sell the stock for anyway to generate "rent" from your holdings.

Do any of you own stock and sell weekly call options to generate weekly income? I am considering doing this with 10-12k of my roth portfolio to slowly generate cash for trading in a tax free way. I am asking Chat GPT and it likes HIMS and MARA as potential buy and hold for a year stocks with high options volume and analyst expectations of at least 30% stock price increase by the end of the year.
