Coffee in the morning, then cold water, then typically more water at home, sometimes beer or wine.

Very rarely anything but coffee, water, or alcohol.

Green smoothie in the AM that had 2-3 c water. Then after that, tap water all day.

I also try to have 1 Apple cider vinegar drink a day. 1tsp acv, 2 tbsp honey, plenty water. This doesn't end up happening everyday though.

I drink 2-3 cups of coffee, then water with the occasional tea or diet soft drink at lunch or on the weekends.

My wife used to drink soft drinks pretty much exclusively, which made my kids want to drink them more, so we started stocking our house with every water flavor you can dream up. I wish they would all just drink regular, unflavored water, but I also think that a little of the flavor is probably better than all the soft drinks.

I force myself to drink water at my desk all day.

I'm starting to like it better, but I can't go through seemingly gallons like some people.

My Diet Coke addiction has slowed now that I have alcoholic beverages pretty much nightly and I know I need the water, but I still very much adore Diet Coke.

Wake up, water. Get to work, a cup of coffee. Water through lunch, then a coke zero with lunch. Water. Another cup of coffee at about 2:30-3. Water the rest of the day.

Interesting you would mention this today.

Just saw this article on nola with a list of intersting (potential) benefits. nola

quote:

Taking one ounce (two tablespoons) of apple cider vinegar with meals has been shown to reduce glucose levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and significantly improve hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C) levels, a marker for how well blood sugar is controlled. And, taken at bedtime, apple cider vinegar can slightly reduce fasting blood sugar levels in the morning.

quote:

Preliminary studies have shown that apple cider vinegar may lower blood pressure, reduce triglycerides and "bad" LDL cholesterol, and increase "good" HDL cholesterol, all of which can reduce our risk of cardiovascular disease.

Water in the morning.

Diet coke with lunch.

Water in the afternoon.

Diet coke with dinner.

Beer after dinner.

Never ever coffee or tea.
