What’s your least favorite thing about libertarians?

Aka the party of armchair quarterbacks.
Is it that they pretend to live in a fantasy world where all decisions should come without consequences?
What about how their immediate reaction to any issue is to bitch without a solution as a counter argument?
Or that they acknowledge said problems until action is taken then criticize the response and speak on what they would’ve done?
Fact of the matter is they are 100% party over country and by far the most smug group in American politics. For comparison, at least the Dems and progressives take action on behalf of what they espouse.

They lack the ability to live in reality.
They want a utopia that looks great on paper... will not work in reality

They are like Vegans, who always have to remind you they are vegans.

They only exist to complain. No ideas; no solutions; just complaining.

Monetary and fiscal policy.

Some good ideas, but too many nutty ideas .
Open borders (edit)
Many are just too hostile towards law enforcement for my liking. I’m good with a healthy suspicion but I’m just not gonna revile somebody because they’re a policeman or a deputy sheriff (edit)

They're really weird and outspoken. When I think of them, I think of an overeducated guy who lives in the woods because the normal world was too boring for him.

The party is useless. They fell into opportunism after Harry Browne died. That is, they attracted party leaders that were aware they'd never have power in the Dem or GOP hierarchy, neither elected nor appointed.
The philosophy of libertarianism is great. It's based on minimalist govt and the majority of America's founding fathers were libertarians. In the 1989 classic book on America's founding, Albion's Seed, the authors referred to individual founders as libertarians about 50 times.

They always tell us what they stand for and what we shouldn't do, but never give us the real-world how.
Most conservatives are libertarian in areas. But we live in the real-world.

The Libertarian Party used to have great ideas, but it seems that party has been taken over by morons. The idea behind the party was simple. Shrink government. I used to consider myself a libertarian in many ways and only differed with them on abortion. Not sure what has happened to that party, but I followed Neal Boortz and loved the idea of a Fairtax. In my opinion the federal government should be dwindled down to maintaining interstates, national parks, and protecting the US citizens. That includes ICE and a closed border that’s secured tightly. I’m not sure what they believe now

They seem to speak out against the right way more often than the left!

Probably the tendency to dive headfirst into the Nirvana fallacy fairly regularly.

They are often satisfied to see democrats win elections.

Sure that's great and all but the practical application part in a world full of aggressive religious zealots and power hungry heathen doesn't allow for the idea of liberty and freedom to prosper without a government of the free willing to protect those freedoms. Like it or not, government is a necessary evil at times, thus the need for as righteous of a government possible when it can be brought about.

There’s literally nothing I like about them

Libertarian Party is a do-nothing-party that is addicted to losing to Democrats.
