Hi all, I’m trying to get more organized with my working out. I currently go to the gym and just kinda do 3 rounds on the machines but I’m hoping to do more free weights.

Does anyone know of apps that suggest exercise programs? I’m ok with paying.

More of a logging and tracking your workouts but they’ve had recent updates that have AI workouts built in. I don’t use them but nice to have. The app is $30/yr and well worth it.

I'm back on JuggernautAI. My neck has gotten 10x worse, so I'm pure bodybuilding for a while, and it helps me keep track and choose different exercises. Do I need the app? Absolutely not, you don't need any of them, but I enjoy it and it helps keep me focused and not as bored.

Not certain what type of programming you're interested in but the Intensity app is really good. It's advertised as a powerlifting app but they have plenty of general strength programs like 5/3/1. They've got like over 250 programs inside the app. Pretty sure it's all still free.

I like StrengthLog. It has pretty good tracking features and lots of suggested plans, along with gif demonstrations of what most exercises should look like.

I don’t know why anybody would vote you. This is absolutely the right answer.

grok is better imo and let me explain why

you can find a guy you like the way they program and tag them using grok.

for example, i was trying to see what grok would get me so I asked it to

"design me a 24 week 4 days a week off season baseball strength & conditioning program using the principles from @ZacGoodman_ , @BurnTheLadders, @ExplosiveMec using the brief maximal tension method and dumbbell vertical jumps

and it did a great job going through there search history and laying out the program and laying out the principles of each

you can do the same for pretty much anyone. if they are more active on instagram....you can say...design me a program(insert weeks & days per week) based on principles of (insert name) from his post on instagram under handle (insert handle)

lets say it was john meadows you wanted to folllow

you could say

design me a 12 week 4 days a week bodybuilding program based on the princles from john meadows based off his instagram and youtube post under the username mountaindog1 and post from his website mountaindogdiet.com

it will give you much better answers than the other AI engines, at least in my experience. I do find GROK to be best if the user is very active on X
