What type of cut? What diet / eating plan are you doing?
Everything that could go wrong did from the start. But I said the same thing at my watch party. Our touch was horrendous. I would have loved to see our Paraguay game version vs Belgium. Tonight we wouldn’t have beaten anyone in the WC how we played. So disappointing. At least fight hard. The fight was just not there. I don’t get it
I went to 3 WC matches in ATL and they played it every match during hydration breaks. So it’s not unique to US matches. We’ve just taken to it but all the matches I’ve been to all fans were singing it. No matter what country

Appreciate the rec. I usually go with Promix or Transparent Labs. This will be fun to try.

Never heard of TN before. After seeing this I went online and did the quiz to see what my powder formula would be recommended. Recently gained a few summer lbs so kept that in mind with the quiz. Came up with:
INGREDIENTS : 35% Grass-Fed Hydrolyzed Beef Collagen, 35% Egg White Protein, 30% Grass-Fed Beef Protein Isolate
FLAVOR : Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
BOOSTS : Probiotic, Beef Collagen Boost, Maca Powder Boost
Not there anymore but Lone Oak Grocery (gas station) in Prairieville. Their Lone Oak Special burger was incredible!
I love 311 Music but there’s just something about Grassroots that gets me.
Mastodon - Leviathan
Deftones (once again love Adrenaline) but Around the Fur is amazing and led into IMO their masterpiece White Pony thereafter.
Faith no More - The Real Thing - perfect album an so ahead of its time
Thanks yeah I enjoyed the full body daily workouts of DB Strength II and would look for more of that

Just finished DB strength II and it’s gotta be one of my fave PPSA I’ve run. I loved the fact that I was able to grab a bench by DBs and just be there all workout. Also just like Garlic Milkshake which I just finished before this one, this was also a 3day program, which the older I get the more I really appreciate the recovery days in between. I was considering pool season II next once again (have run it twice before) but man I really want another 3 day a week program. Anyone have another suggestion ? I’m sure I can run Pool with 3 days a week
Many reasons. I enjoy it especially the feeling I get leaving the gym knowing I just did most likely the hardest part of my day.
I want not only my muscles but my bones strong as I age.
I want to be around for a long time for my son and my wife and teach him about health and taking care of your body.
In my mid 40s now and I feel great day to day. Consistency in my workouts is the key. And always nice hearing someone say how much younger they thought I was.
That’s why I only go to theater size shows. Better bands, more affordable and atmosphere is so much better

I had a pair I used for a couple years. They’re fine. Nothing special in my opinion. Using Sambas now as I always have a couple pairs of those.
Radiohead - Kid A
Queens of the Stone Age - Songs for the Deaf
Metallica - Puppets

But the real GOAT is
Fleetwood Mac - Rumours - every song is a damn banger
Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath
The fathers of metal with the first song on their first album. A masterpiece. At the Acid Bath show last week, over the PA with the lights down they played the entire song before Acid Bath ripped into their set.
More streams doesn’t mean it’s better. Is it catchy and hooky? Of course and it got shite ton of radio/MTV play back in the day but the better song is Holy Wars

I’m right in the middle of it and really enjoy it. Love how it’s laid out in 4 supersets. You can bang it out just under an hour most days

re: Is AG1 worth the price?

It’s a good mix tastes great but for how expensive it is I think you can just get the similar results from diet and multivitamins
