It's so refreshing to see Karlo run the roll part of the pick n roll so well. He gives the ball handler so much space to operate while still staying close enough for the lob.

That ref to Herb - "frick you in particular"
No. Gulf Coast Sports and Entertainment Network doesn't have a broadcast deal with YouTube TV. If you live in areas where the channel is broadcast over the air, you can buy an antenna for your TV and watch it that way, although I'm not sure what the channel number is. You can check that map here. GCSEN Broadcast Map This channel is also available on DirectTV I believe.
If you don't live in what the NBA considers the Pelicans Media Market, you can subscribe to NBA League Pass and stream the game that way using the NBA app on your phone, computer, or smart TV. If you don't want to pay for anything, you can use one of the many streaming sites on the internet.

Pretty sure you can watch it on pelicans.com

I wouldn't say I'm worried about it. Now is the time to try that kind of stuff and once the Rockets started to pull away Z and Trey came right back in. Growth from Willie?

I don't love this line-up. Poole is the only real plus on offense, and we've all seen what happens when the patented Willie Green All-Defense line-up stays in too long.

LOVE Yves coming down with that board while being bookended by Steven Adams and Alperen Sengun
re: Installing under cabinet lighting: how tough?

I bought some adhesive led tape from Amazon that plugs into a 110v outlet and is controlled by a remote that fits into a switch plate for a dimmer switch. I have cabinets on opposite walls of my long, skinny kitchen. On one side, I plugged the controller in behind the fridge, and on the other, I plugged them in above the microwave and drilled a couple small holes in my cabinets to run the cord across and then down to the bottom of the cabinet. Swapped my single switch plate for the kitchen for one with a switch and a dimmer and put the remote right next to my existing switch. I didn't have to change the box or anything, just fake screwed the second set of screws around the dimmer into the sheetrock. I think they cost about $40 each and I needed 3 sets for extra length, and they took me maybe 3 hrs to put in. I had to scrub the underside of my cabinets so the adhesive would stick and I made sure to get them really straight which took me longer than it probably should have. They still look great 4 years later, and I think I've had to change the coin battery in the remote once since I installed them.
If it's a stand-alone plug-in dehumidifier, put it up higher so the drain hose can just go into the open drain next to the washer drain hose. Build a small shelf, or buy an unfinished upper cabinet from Home Depot for $100, paint or stain it, and set the dehumidifier on that.
If you want a turf lawn in that space, you may be SOL. I can't think of a turf grass that will grow in that much shade. I have a similarly shady yard in the Houston area, and have added garden beds everywhere in the shade and basically have enough lawn in one spot to play cornhole on.
OXO Good Grips has never done me wrong when it comes to things like that. They have the Y shaped one and the traditional straight one, which I prefer. I also really like their can opener, pizza cutter, and kitchen shears. They've all been reliable for me.
Running appliance power cables through walls is technically against electrical code and could theoretically (not likely at all) cause a fire. I believe the reasoning is protecting power cables from accidental damage from drilling into the wall, especially from the room behind the TV. No one is gonna stop you from doing it in your house, but you won't be able to hire someone to mount the TV and have them do that. Low voltage stuff like HDMI, ethernet, optical, AV, or speaker cables is allowed to be run through wall cavities with no protection per the NEC.
If there's already an outlet on the wall under where you want to hang your TV, running a new outlet up the wall in the same stud bay is a perfect first DIY electrical project. Or, you could just punch a couple holes in the wall and drop your TV power cable through it like I have in my own bedroom haha.

I had the same symptoms when I started. Some people do ok mixing it with a protein shake, but found that made me nauseated. I switched to mixing a 5g scoop with 8oz of water and chugging it right before dinner helped that. Real food instead of a protein shake kind of mellowed it out. I also make sure to drink 48oz of water or so between when I take the creatine and when I go to bed. If I don't, I wake up at 3am all dried out and with a pounding headache.

I personally can't wear them because I have tiny ear canals. Even with the smallest cushions I can find, there's a lot of pressure and they fall out every 10 seconds.
re: LVP vs engineered hardwood

I have a darker LVT in areas of my house. It's a rich dark brown wood pattern, but nobody is mistaking it for real wood. I think the gray stuff looks pretty terrible universally. It does what I need it to do, which is look nice enough in between weekly (ok, let's be honest, sometimes every two weeks) mops and hold up to multiple kids and dogs. I laid down a bunch of self leveling concrete before I put it in, undercut all of my door frames, and installed quarter round on all my baseboards in rooms with the LVT. It's not as nice or warm as real wood, but my kids walk around the house in frickin cleats like a buncha jackwagons and I think my dumbass labradoodle spills his water bowl in the living room like 2x a day.
re: Home refrigerator help
Posted by TigerCael on 6/18/25 at 1:35 pm to tigerrage08
I just bought a GE full depth french door model with a bottom freezer. The water dispenser is inside the refrigerator and the ice maker is in the freezer and drops in a bin so you have to scoop it out. No external dispensers, which is the most common thing to break on modern refrigerators. I've only had it a month, but so far so good. I bought it from Home Depot for around $1200, included delivery, set-up, and removal of the old fridge.
I just got rid of my 12 year old side by side that I've hated since day one. The fridge compartment always felt cramped and I always lost stuff in there. It couldn't fit a large pizza box, couldn't fit a sheet pan, and just all around frustrated me with the dimensions. I don't see how a French door model could possibly irritate me as much on that front to be honest. Teddy, thanks for the heads up. I just ordered that piece!
