Say what you want about the president or the party but this administration is straight up kicking arse and taking names. It seems like a hammer is coming down everyday somewhere.

Is there a law that proscribes a data standard that makes it a crime not to follow it?

It does. Which is why SFP’s insistence to the contrary was and remains baffling.

Good question.

One thing I also wonder is if any of this data was used as part of an application for funds/grants and if so, that could open up fraud charges.

I'm sure half of the motivation for doing so was purely to make one of their progressive wonderlands look less dangerous, thanks directly to their own retarded policies.

Just not on TD, where admins run a tight ship.

It honestly says a LOT about the laziness and complacency of everything other Administration for the last half a century.

With all of that sweet, sweet taxpayer money to be handed out via grants, task forces, etc that almost always end up going for "administrative costs", that's a feature, not a bug.

The possibilities are endless. You could classify lots of crimes as 'being bad.' Then claim there is no violent crime in your city.

I wish they would do with every major city.

I believe The Wire pretty accurately portrayed how administrations juke the stats.

Reporting false information in government is a crime in itself. Conspiracy to do so between 2 or more is additionally illegal
