Any tips? I’ve lost about 20 pounds. Down to about 195. Would like to get to 180. I usually intermittent fast not eating until 11 or later only drinking coffee in morning. Have been trying to eat mostly low carb, meat eggs, veggies, fruit. I try to walk 10-15k steps a day. I’m 55 and have been stuck at 195 for weeks now. Any suggestions?

What's your TDEE and what are you taking in each day? Start weighing everything you eat and put it in LoseIt or MyFitnessPal

Wasn’t sure what TDEE was so looked up and used calculator. Said 1935 calories a day to lose pound a week. I’m eating less than that.

Do all these things every day. Sounds like you do them when it’s convenient. Prioritize your weight loss and commit to these good habits.

You sure? Weigh anything that goes in your mouth and record diligently and you'll be good. Dont get mad if the scale doesnt move bc fluctuations in water weight will influence the numbers

Then you’re not eating “less that that.”

Start logging every single thing that goes into your mouth. I use Mike’s Macros

Likely better to eat and morning then nothing after 4pm.
Track everything. Even that favorite creamer.
Lay off carbs in some of the veggies and fruit...they are not all the same.

As you lose weight your basal metabolic rate decreases. To remain in a calorie deficit you need to get lower than the 1900 kcal limit you are at now. Reduce daily calories to say 1700 kcal per day. This will continue as you lose more weight. You will need to emphasize protein intake amongst your macronutrients to hold onto as much muscle as possible.

Eat a gram/lb of target body weight of protein, bump calories up, and lift weights for a couple of months.

Your metabolism has adapted and you need need to increase muscle mass.

You are not. Track every single thing you consume. You are not exempt from the laws of thermodynamics.

At 55 you should get your T levels checked and add in T regardless at 55. I’ve seen guys your age hit plateaus like this and it helps. They also added in weight training and uphill walking.

You need to find a scientific research center as soon as possible, because you’re the only human to have ever existed for whom the laws of nature do not apply. They will want to look into this.

Of course, it could also be that you calculated incorrectly and/or you’re not really eating less than that.

If the scale isn't moving you are not in a caloric deficit.

You are doing plenty of cardio. Some strength training is great for longevity but do not even factor it in when considering the calories spent during a workout or cardio. You must lower your consumption. You need to meticuously track everything you consume with calories and track it over time.

TDEE calculators are only an estimate. In order to get started look at a few websites and take the mean only as a jumping off point and then never look or consider them again. The Scale, and the scale only, will tell you whether you are in a deficit or not.

Keep in mind, the less you weigh, the less calories you burn in a day at rest. So you're caloric deficit decreased.

You may have to reverse diet. Basically eat increase your calories by a 200-300 per day for a few weeks and then go back down. It kickstarts your metabolism.

You mentioned diet but not exercise. Am I missing something? Make your changes a lifestyle change.

To OP, make sure you are hitting your protein goals and increase your calories burned (assuming you are eating a manageable caloric deficit). May do some additional strength training if your workouts are very cardio heavy.
