Congratulations to Specser for an admirable attempt, but the Tyler train can't be stopped.

They drafted him because they didn't think Rattler was the guy

Wow! That ball was in the air for all of 2 seconds. What a throw!

Yeah that's an illegal pick. Receiver not only slowed down but also put his hands out like a complete dumbass.

A conclusion based on 1 drive in 1 practice. Genius take.

IMO Shough will eventually be the starter but Rattler will start the season as the #1
It’s going to be rough sailing early on and Rattlers experience (as little as it may be) will be the difference. No way they’re going to throw Shough (Their pick) into the baptismal fire game one knowing this is going to be a mulligan year. The fact that Shough is a typical rookie, drinking from the fire hose only helps them kind of protect him.
Don’t get me wrong he’s not ready to start NFL games but he is right where Rattler was last season only they don’t have to play him.

Overall it will be good to the team and the players.

I like Sewell.

He had just unfortunate injury at the end of the season vs the Bucs.

NFLN was just talking about how they see Shough as the starter. I still don’t believe that Rattler is a starter, but I have to admit he has had a damn good camp.

I think he and Shough (as well as Haener) have done a good job of pushing each other……but seems like the light is starting to come on for Shough. I think the staff wants Shough to take this job.

If that’s the case, hopefully he takes the bull by the horns and CKM can make a decision after the first preseason game (the second at the absolute latest) so he can get as much time with the 1s as possible before the regular season

Then we are screwed, because that guy isn't a professional QB

I don’t think rattler is long term answer but hopefully shough can show more promise when he does get his shot

Not at anytime was he in a position to throw the ball on that play. Not at any time was he being pressured, but he looks like his heart was beating over 200 and was holding a live grenade ready to explode in his hand.

We really won't have any idea until preseason. To me that's when you get a better gauge of where the QBs are at.

That may be a stretch, but it would be nice.
