I'm impressed with their ability to continuously find new tribes after each time calling all the tribes together to face the previous end of the world event.

Surprised they’re just releasing the first trailer less than 6 months out.
Went watch Jurassic World earlier this month and they’re already teasing Odyssey for next summer but I hadn’t seen anything for Avatar until now. Can’t wait

These Avatar movies have all been good, and definitely worth seeing in the theater, but totally forgettable afterwards. It kills me that James Cameron has wasted the 2nd half of his career on these. I'd definitely rather another True Lies or T2 or Aliens from him, or something like The Abyss (which is grossly underrated).

hated the first one, gave up 30 minutes into the second one..saw this preview at the FF yesterday..i was like DEAR GOD NOT ANOTHER ONE.
yay! can't wait for MOAR one-dimensional 'bad guys' who are mean and ruthless because...racist and alien-ist and grrr, just bad for no reason.
MOAR UNUBTANIUM and other stupid fricking names of shite because cameron is past his prime and his movie franchise is a temu version of all the Ghibili movies he binged before stealing all their ideas and shitting them out onto the big screen for the lemmings who think he was somehow creative in coming up with this over-cgi-d crap franchise.

Sure, the story is probably stupid, by my goodness, Cameron is unparalleled when it comes to visual effects. It looks light years better than every other CGI heavy movie.

Not sure if you are history buff but humans have been known to kill or subjugate each over resources and sometimes frick up the environment in the process. Thats kind of our MO.
