I actually like bike riding. It’s a fun way to get some exercise outside and something I can do with my family.
There’s some good parks and bike paths near us or less busy roads we can ride on, it’s great.

Got stuck behind a dude with his whole cycling getup and long aerodynamic helmet and his cleated pedals. He insisted on riding in the middle road of a busy highway going 20 mph in a situation I could not get behind him and got stuck at every red light.

Meanwhile I am late going somewhere stuck behind this dude. It just seems like this shouldn’t be legal.

Tragically, 9 out of 10 cyclists seem to die doing what they love. Constant fatal crashes involving cyclists.

The tenth guy dies from his AIDS I assume.

I don’t understand the gay outfits. I get being aerodynamic when racing, but why does it matter when you’re riding for exercise.

I bought an E-Bike a few weeks ago and have been bombing around our gated golf course community. It's pretty cool. I’ve been riding about 20 miles a day around the whole place. The speed limit is 25 everywhere in the community, so it’s easy to go with the flow.

ETA: So what's with all the down votes? Do all you fat fricks just hate cycling that much?

We were walking to the beach in Bay St Louis last weekend and a cyclist and golf cart driver got into the wimpiest fight ever after the cyclist ran a stop sign and ate shite trying to avoid the golf cart

shite was better than any reality show

Tight shirts flap less in the wind and prevent chafing.

Tight shorts have padding for long rides and prevent the family jewels from getting crushed between the saddle horn and your thigh with every pedal stroke

Clipless pedals are great.

The aero helmet is questionable though

Cyclists can be dickheads. That said, the "I'm late and this mfker won't get out of my way" is being the same dickhead. I'd bet this was probably in the morning today, though you'll never admit that. Just run over one and then measure your penis to prove your masculinity increased.

I could be wrong but the ones I see have no mirrors.

If they are going to ride in the street like other vehicles, they should be required to have those and get out of the way.

If he had to go 1/2-2/3 the speed limit for a majority of his drive due to a cyclist and not the normal pattern of traffic, is it really his fault?

Every single person who chooses to take up cycling on the road knows drivers hate them and their antics can irritate or anger drivers and yet they choose to be a member of that group. Tells you a lot about the type of person who rides on the road.

Highways should have a minimum speed limit similar to interstates.

25-30 perhaps.

Sit in that saddle for 3 or 4 hours and get back to me

A bike shouldn't be on a road unless they are capable of going the speed limit.

The reason cyclists run lights and stop signs is because it's too much of an effort to stop and start up all over again. I know this because I did it for years.

I've known two in real life. Both have given it up now, at least the spandex and cycling on highways obnoxious part of it. They still have bikes.

One is an open bi-sexual.

The other is the biggest liberal I know, literally cancelled his lease after Trump won and flew to Canada to live there, Canada said no thanks, off you go back to the US.

So in my personal experience, these are the types of people who dress up in tights and block traffic on their fancy bikes.

They disregard the traffic laws (passing cars illegally and not stopping for lights or signs). That's what I dislike. If they obeyed the the law I would reluctantly go along with the idea that we should all just share the road. But they do not and I am against them. I favor throwing bicyclists that do not follow the the law in jail for a night. It is an ultra hazardous activity that should not be tolerated.
