I think you’re right. The problem is that in order to avoid the long-term complications of obesity, it’s best to start GLP1 at a younger age. The employer sponsored companies will shoulder the cost of the drug, but Medicare and managed care plans will reap the benefits later.

Don't underestimate the value of a 6 month old, used BMW. Can be ~20% off sticker with 3 years maintenance included and a 4 year warranty
