Anyone else develop an intolerance to soy when they got older?

Apparently I can’t eat anything with soy in it anymore. Didn’t think it was a big deal until I started reading ingredients. Everything has soy in it. M&M’s, Doritos, most breads. I can’t eat a sandwich now because the bread has soy, the mayo has soy, and the deli meat has soy. Most fast foods are fried in vegetable oil aka soybean oil.
It probably is a godsend for me to stop eating processed foods but man, there is a lot of stuff even outside of the shitty for you stuff that has soy. Most of the best marinades have some type of soy in it.
Anyone else have this issue and what did you find as the best way around it or changing how you eat.

My body naturally rejects soy

Soy allergies are super common in children.

Meh….not the soy, just the people that push it and think everyone should be using soy products exclusively. (Soy everything). Gimme my soy sauce and leave it at that.

I think Darrell from The Office had a similar bewilderment of realizing soy is in everything.

Only soy thing I eat is tofu when it in my soup at a restaurant. It’s not really good for you in general.

depends on what form your intolerance takes and YMMV
But I developed an "intolerance" I guess you'd call it to high levels of capsaicin in foods. It doesn't stop me from eating it but I just plan around it.

I kept having weird bloating issues. I quit eating damn near anything that wasn’t whole food, and probably 80% of that being meat.

I wonder how much “soy” this man got.

GI issues. Pretty much 10-15 mins after eating anything with soy in it, I’m in the bathroom.
It’s a good thing I came here and found out another issue caused by eating soy. Apparently I’m gay because of it. Don’t know how I will break it to my wife.
I’m in the process of changing my diet and reading all the labels. Pretty much any processed food or bread has soy in it. It was kind of eye opening. Already lost 10 lbs in about 2 weeks because of the bloating and swelling.

Soy is one of the most highest estrogen inducing foods.

How about actually cooking your meals at home instead of eating fast food and other junk food.
