New York City is no where near the most violent city in America, it’s not even the top 5 most violent city on the east coast. Philly, Baltimore, DC are worse than NYC by far.

Yeah, NYC is a pretty mellow big city for all kinds of crime. I live in Brooklyn but spend a lot of time in Pensacola.
I love Pensacola and consider it safe but I'm sure the crime rate in Pensacola is much higher than NYC for every crime aside from insider trading.

I'm not so certain. Andrew Cuomo was a terrible candidate who destroyed his reputation with how he responded to Covid and also the sexual harassment allegations that were leveled against him.
