This is why Citizenship had a long and definitive list of QUALIFIERS, before allowing individuals to take up residence in this Nation. Once people are here and 'Due Process' is mandated, then they can vote to change the Constitutional Republic version of governance to anything they choose.
I'd like to be positive about this but the historical record gives me little support in that hope.

Just shows how low IQ the people behind this idea are. While there is nothing illegal about buying land, building up properties, opening churches or mosques and private schools, the moment they decided to openly announce their discrimination intent they shot themselves in the foot.
